· Discuss morning daily targets and evening follow ups with sales team (ASMs & SEs) for smooth workflow in the office and field, preparing primary sales estimation, stock analysis and stock distribution and also devise strategies to achieve them effectively and on time.
· Implement and improve the distribution, territories and zones network strategies to achieve the primary & secondary sales volume and value wise targets on time.
· Identify variance from the sales targets, prepare report and submit to HOD for corrective measures on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
· Monitor region wise recovery plan (competitor analysis) & follow-up of sales team and conduct minimum 4 to 5 trade/market visits and also with sub-distributions in designated area.
· Development of new distribution network (Opening Sub Distribution) and retention of current business (Sub Distribution) i.e., supply of wipe to distributors.
· Assure sales team is in coordination with warehouse team and are meeting regularly with the key LMT/IMT/GT/Corporate stores managers for order generation of sufficient inventory stock, and have proper visibility at all IMT/LMT stores.
· Ensure new LG & /IMTLMT stores are added to enhance sales along with coordination of marketing team for ATL/BTL or other promotional offers.
· Daily report from sales team to check recoveries, payment of distributors, trade offers and consumer promotions, and ensuring SKU wise availability of stock at the distribution level, avoid OOS in trade and ensure proper AVA at store level.
· To analyze distributors RTM/ROI/stocks by contract meetings and evaluation of potential distributors by analyzing their financial standing, ability to meet market demands, reputation, availability and experience of the field force of the distributor.
· Keep keen eye on each incidents of counterfeits and or infringements.
