Immentia (Pvt) Ltd is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated and competent professional for its PWD Islamabad Office for the following challenging position:

Job position: International Inbound Sales & Customer Support Executive.

Qualifications: Minimum Bachelors.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Achieve established standards for call/chat/email handling quality, Sales and productivity.
To handle customers according to sales pitch and techniques in the best possible manner.
Provide support to customers as per the standard procedure.
To meet all the established quality benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with all company/client policies, procedures, and practices.
To endure that highest level of quality customer care is delivered and all problem incidents are reported and highlighted.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
