The individual will play a pivotal role within the CEO’s Secretariat in relation to managing the CEO’s schedules & itineraries.

Proven record of successfully delivering in a similar capacity, with at least one year of experience in the corporate sector, with a reputable organization.
Qualifications in Business Administration or related field (from an HEC recognized Institute)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and deal with tasks/assignments and pleasantly interacting with Clients & Third Parties.
Ability to work under minimal supervision in a reliable manner.
Responsive and prearranged to tasks assigned.
Dedicated to tasks assigned and ability to deliver on deadlines.
Professional, presentable & well-groomed individual is preferred.
Strong computing and spreadsheet skills.
Ability to adjust to a flexible, rapidly changing work environment.
