You will be working with one of the fastest sales teams in Pakistan. Should have good analytical and team management skills also must have good communication skills in English
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
- Sales leadership to create and train prospecting process.
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales and deliver reviews.
- Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.
- Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with customers and update leadership.
- Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
- Implement performance plans according to company procedure.
- A positive attitude and healthy efforts shall lead to permanent employment.
- Carry of market survey of real estate and advice on the fluctuate real estate market rates.
