Responsibilities:

1. Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.

· To attend the telephone calls.

· To greet to guests and arrange the meetings with concernds.

· To receive incoming mails and dispatch accordingly.

· Coordination with HR Department regarding interviews.

· To look after the house keeping of Head Office.
