We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Data and reporting analyst to support us on telecommunications installation and maintenance projects. This role will work with several stakeholders to provide support on data sources and data interpretations whilst providing critical information flow to support business analytics and decision-making ability.

This role will be home based and requires early start (4 - 5 am PST)

This role will be accountable for:

Work with a variety of data sources – extracting knowledge and actionable information from multiple and complex datasets
Champion and innovate an automated, visualized, and streamlined reporting mechanism
Develop, evolve and maintain data management processes.
Ensuring updated data and insightful information is available when required.
Be a passionate problem solver – breaking down problems and developing analytical insights
Create and Send RCTI (receiver created tax invoices) to subcontractors.
Send periodic reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Our minimum requirement for this role is:

Degree qualifications in Data/IT discipline/Software Engineering/Computer Science.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including macros and back-end support.
Skills and hand-on experience of using MS Excel Power tools (Power Query, Power Pivot) including DAX language.
MS power BI skills (Disreable , but not essential)
Experience in financial reporting preferred but not essential
Strong communication skills and the ability follow-up internal and external sources for data collection
Passion for automation
Shows initiative, resilience, and ability to work autonomously when required.

Salary will be offered based on experience and skills.
