About the role:

As part of our development team we, at InertiaSoft Private Limited are looking to bring in a Senior Backend Developer that will help shape and drive the technical output of our projects.
The role involves design, build and deployment of new features to our web application along with customizing ready-made solutions as per needs of our customers.
Our developers work together as a unit to understand and solve technical challenges.
All of our engineers pride themselves on the attention to detail, the small details that accumulate into a great experience for our end users.
We want someone to bring their expertise into our collaborative team & help us deliver on our next round of product growth.

Skills & Requirements:

MUST have minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
MUST have minimum of 5 years of experience in Node JS.
MUST have minimum of 2 years of experience working with AWS.
MUST have minimum of 2 years of experience working with microservices architecture.
MUST have minimum of 2 years of experience working with MongoDB.
MUST have experience of Unit Testing of NodeJS Applications.
MUST have good knowledge of Scrum.
MUST have excellent knowledge of working with Gitflow.
MUST have experience writing APIs.
Should have excellent knowledge of Relational and NoSQL Databases.
Someone who can work autonomously.
An approachable and friendly person who can work collaboratively with product owners, designers, and other engineers.
Someone who takes great pride in the finished project, with a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrable experience of taking products from idea to production.

Advantageous Skills: (Not Necessary)

Experience working with Serverless.
Experience of working with distributed Teams.
Experience / Knowledge of Networking.
