A food manufacturing company is looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator. Her duties include but not limited to:
- To assist in office work
- To answer telephone calls and email enquires
- To ensure knowledge of staff movements
- To tidy and maintain office area; to control inventory relevant to office
- To do data entry in computer
- To provide both clerical and administrative support to the managers to have a smooth-running office
- To coordinate and implement office procedures and filing systems
- To schedule and arrange meetings
- To do any task assigned by General Manager and CEO
