-Calculate the yarn needed as per p.o requirement.

-Select knitting(outsourced) in accordance with the fabric kind, type, size and other parameters (dia and guage).

-Take daily production,quality and update report of every knitting machine. Make sure each fabric is being made as per the set parameters and requirements.

-Coordinate with various knitting and dyeing houses to create a time and action plan of every p.o. (must be updated and submitted every day).

-Make sure the assistant to fabrication manager on knitting signs on every grey fabric roll. Fabrication manger must take prompt and useful action on the slightest fault at knitting. Fabrication manager is solely responsible for upholding the quality of fabric.

- Make sure all the fabrics are dyed and processed as per the approved sample only. Manger fabrication is to keep proper documentation and record of every lot of fabric.

-He has two assistants for one knitting and one for dyeing and the team solely is responsible for quality and production of fabric.
