In this job, the chosen candidate will:

· Lead the design & development of High Performance Server side applications for mobile/web platforms

· Lead the design & development of Interfaces & API frameworks for 3rd party integrations

· Embrace data-based experimentation

· Experience machine learning & data analytics

· Connect with experts in the company and the broader industry

· Drive for tangible and measurable results

Key Requirements

· At least 5 years’ experience in High Performance solution architecture, frameworks & technology consulting

· At least 5 years of experience in Large Scale Web/Mobile Application Development, Micro Services Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, Domain Driven Design Principles and Design Patterns

· At least 5 years of hands-on experience in J2EE i.e., JMS, EJB, JDBC, Design Patterns, Web services, Spring, JPA/Hibernate, REST services

· At least 5 years’ Experience in developing in building end consumer Java RestFul APIs and SOAP

· Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point

· Experience in CICD (Maven & Jenkins)

· Experience in working with version control: Git

· Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts

· Experience in identifying and resolving system performance issues

· Experience in creating RDBMS Design and SQL queries, optimization and indexes in MySQL

· Experience of working with WebRTC platforms (Video Chat SDKs etc)

· Exposure to any No-SQL DB

· Exposure to design patterns and practices for developing workflow based high throughput applications

· Sound experience in Java 7 and above

· Ability to understand critical requirement and perform agile estimation

· Ability in design, coding and debugging

· Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively

· Must be self-motivated, well-organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills

Eligibility

BS degree in computer sciences/Software engineering/Information technology
Over 5 years of experience building high performance software applications
Solid experience of leading software development teams
Passionate for learning new tools and technologies
Experience of HealthTech would be a plus
