The job requires you to answer telephone call and book taxis for customers based in the UK.

As an operator you should be excellent at conversing with UK clients and understanding British accent.

We are looking for professionals who are excellent at Customer Services, courteous and polite and also have previous experience of handling UK customers.

Please do not apply if you do not have exposure of UK industry or following skills.

Mandatory Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English Language

Customer services that can be an example to set bench marks for others

Friendly, courteous and soft spoken

Telephone etiquettes

Working in rotational shifts

Common sense, responsible and can take ownership with decision making skills

Additional Skills:

Excellent computer troubleshooting skills
