Manage bids end-to-end (responsibilities matrix, planning, follow-ups, co-ordinations, tracking)
Develop compliance matrices and ensure that all details of RFP are addressed
Assume responsibility for Quality Assurance of RFP response activities and guarantees the proper management and tracking of documents
Address all dependencies in the bid management phase and verifies that all relevant stakeholders are effectively coordinating and that deadlines are met
Manage bid risk management activities including identify risks, make risk mitigation measures and facilitate related issues solved;
Manage bid progress and necessary communication internal & external teams to ensure efficient operation of the bid team.
Well versed with Microsoft Project & Microsoft Visio
