- Installation of Operating System on Laptop / Desktop /Workstations

- Supervise Preventive Maintenance of Desktop, Laptops and Printers
- Physical Audit to Update IT Fixed Asset Register
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for repairing and warranty issues of Hardware Issues
- Monitor the status of Warranty claims
Network Infrastructure Trouble shoot
- Troubleshoot Network Points and coordinate with Network Team when required
- Constantly monitor Networks of Production Line
