Graphic Designer

Innovation Pavilion, a US-based company, is looking for a graphic designer with sufficient technical skills to understand creative vision defined by US team and implement design projects based on given guidelines. The successful applicant will have already mastered Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

Position Description

Projects will include developing graphics and layouts for website, social media, posters and other marketing collateral, both print and digital. The graphic designer would also be required to reconfigure existing graphics with new copy or to new dimensions, as required. Additionally, the designer would be expected to create visually appealing and cohesive layouts for existing documents.

Work Requirements

Work will begin with a part-time project (15-20 hours/week) and based on performance and quality of work, hours may be increased to full-time (40 hours/week). To ensure communication with the US team based in Denver, CO, the successful candidate will be expected to work, at least partially, during evening hours. Ability to speak and write professionally in English is appreciated. Preference will be given to those willing and able to commute to and work from a Lahore office location.

Compensation and engagement

Compensation will be commensurate with the successful candidate's qualifications, experience and quality of application (including possible interview and/or references). Continued engagement will be contingent on performance, responsiveness and quality of work demonstrated during the part-time period.
