Innovative Solutions is hiring for the position of Associate Technical Lead.

Location:

Karachi

Qualification:

Bachelors/Masters in CS/SE preferred

Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in Application development

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information System/Computer Engineering or Equivalent Technical degree
Hands-On experience with Laravel, Node JS, MongoDB, etc. Should be good in data structures and database design
Strong knowledge of Architectural Patterns – MVP, MVC, MVVM and the ability to choose the best solution for the product
Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods
Must have implemented Microservice Architecture in one of the projects
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Experience collaborating with teams of various sizes, communicating clearly, actively sharing knowledge, and performing peer review on merge requests
Must have good Habits (Development techniques, Security, Tech Debt Balance, TDD, and Agile Habits); Improve Engineering Standards, Tooling, and Processes
Knowledge of Redis, MQTT, and RabbitMQ is a plus
Code review skills according to best practices
Advanced level Elastic Search experience (Query DSL/Mapping Types/Aggregations)
