Strong hard-surface modeling skills.
Knowledge of major 3D software packages (Swift 3D, Maya, Max and ZBrush etc.)
Experience managing content and developing pipelines
Experience painting textures in Photoshop and/or Substance Painter/Designer, fromhand or based on texture reference, tuning (or creating) surface shaders for real-timerendered characters, and skin weighting, rigging, and animation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
