- Assisting with the creation, editing, and production of Statement of Works (SOWs), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Services (RFS) responses, etc;
- Participating in client meetings and identifying required potential changes to documentation;

- Assist with arranging client/prospect meetings for initial meet set-setups, follow up engagements, communication of deliverables, etc;
- Ensuring communication of key contractual documents between Sales and Delivery;
- Communication of invoicing information to the relevant business units/departments;
- Determine the needs of end customers in collaboration with the head of sales to produce documentation
