Summary:

The position is responsible for developing the Priority Banking (PB) business line in UBL, through the launch of Priority Banking lounges across selected locations in Pakistan.

The core job responsibility requires identifying suitable PB locations and creating the architectural concept. Developing the brand identity, hiring/training of PB Lounge staff and implementing the required resources are also key determinants of the job position.

Preparation, implementation and monitoring of Marketing Plans and P&L management, including product development and product management, pricing decisions, advertising and promotional activities, distribution planning and liaison with linked functions.

Major Responsibilities:

1.Modify the existing business plan as per new objective and direction.

2.Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely launch of Priority Banking as per plan.

3.Brand building and execution of the marketing concept.

4.Project planning, implementation and continued monitoring of tasks assigned.

5.Work with the cross functional units to ensure day to day business activities in line with the business plans.

6. Develop new products and market them effectively

7.Explore new markets to increase the customer base.

8.Rationalize cost base to improve profitability and manage pricing for best results.

9.Generate new sources of revenue for the business.

10.Monthly, quarterly and yearly P&L delivery.

11.Liaise with regulatory authorities for ensuring compliance to policies / directives.
