We are seeking a full-time content writer with exceptional English writing and researching skills, who must be a team player and able to work and collaborate with other team members at our Lahore office.
He/she must have a basic understanding of SEO with strong emphasis on quality writing.
The primary role includes conducting a comprehensive technical research and writing technical content for website pages and articles.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the marketing team in developing content for product campaigns.
- Explore our in-house resources and collaborate with developers to write technical content.
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
- To write and edit blog posts, user guides, website content, video content, FAQs, brochures, participation in different forums, writing for tech education. etc.
- Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
- To quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable for the technical audience through write-ups.
- To ensure that the creative vision for content marketing of the company is maintained, understood, and delivered in all work.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer or similar role
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
- Diverse internet searching/researching skills
- Strong grasp of English language and impeccable grammar
- Knowledge of B2B writing principles
- Working knowledge of concepts like SEO and Keywords
- Understanding of U.S. English writing and verbiage are plus
- Software Development industry related Technical writing experience is preferable
- Great multitasked and capable of simultaneously managing multiple tasks within given deadlines
- Public Relations writing is a plus along with usuage of any tools.
