Role and Responsibilities
Primary Roles
· Managing Team activities day to day:
· Implementation Team
· Client Services Team
· Sales/Quote Team
· Manage MIS and final data with each team on weekly basis
Secondary Roles
· Train and Groom staff in all teams to perform their duties
· Setup SOPs and keep them updated with new systems and technologies and methods with the teams
· Report to the management on progress as per their needs
· Be a bridge between the management and staff to ensure good relations
Tertiary Roles
· Full knowledge of all functions and ability to perform any and all functions on need basis
· Implementation department setup and training of all staff to ensure latest practices are being followed
· Develop and research better methods that make client account management more streamlined
· Ability to take over and perform any functions that become vacant till competent staff is hired and trained to take over any functions with gaps in staff.
