Technical Team Lead - Ecommerce Web Expert

Urgently looking for an experienced Lead E-Commerce Web expert to join our Web Development Team. The ideal candidate for the role will be who is comfortable taking ownership of assigned projects while working collaboratively in an agile team environment. Must have good leadership skills to escort the team and lead the project to success.

Responsibilities:

· This position will collaborate with peer developers, UX specialists to design and develop efficient systems with best coding practices.

· Will be expected to interact with multiple customers via calls, emails, and/or project planning and monitoring tools.

· The ideal candidate will adhere to high-quality development principles and helping to propagate these coding best practices across the team.

· Should be an expert in documentation for the specs or any software web development related notes.

· Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

· Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

· Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary

· Must be experienced in implementing and following Agile and SCRUM methodology.

Skills Required:

· 3 - 5 Years of Experience in E-Commerce Web Development

· Must have expertise in multiple web technologies like PHP, .Net, ROR, Python and NodeJS. Or must be expert in at least one of the above technologies; NodeJs development experience is preferred

· Must have experience in MVC architecture. Also must have experience in multiple e-commerce websites like Open Cart, Magneto, Kibo, Shopify, Saleor, X Cart, Prestashop, Zen Cart.

· Must have a strong grip in e-commerce designs architecture and should have developed at least 2 ecommerce projects from scratch.

· Must have knowledge and experience in payment gateways like Paypal, Stripe, Authorize.Net, or SecurePay. Any project developed for crypto currency will be a plus.

· Deep knowledge and experience of XHTML, CSS, Responsive solutions (like Bootstrap and Foundation), React, Angular and JavaScript/jQuery.

· In depth knowledge SQL Server is a month.

· Must be hands on and experience in integration of different ERP solutions.

· Experience in Shopify would be a plus.

· Must have experience using Jira, Trello or any other tool for project management.

· Should know all the W3C standards and should be Structured coding that validates and work across all browsers

· Competent with different Source Code repositories i.e. Git and SVN.

· Must have experience in all types of deployment techniques, tools and environment like AWS, Linux based hosting platforms or local deployment.

· Passionate about clean and efficient user interfaces as a final presentable application

· Ability to work independently and use your initiative.

· Familiar with debugging tools and techniques.

· Experience with software engineering design patterns and project driven techniques.

Qualification:

Must have a BS/MS degree related to CS/IT (software engineering) from a reputed institute.
