Manage teaching and learning to ensure that the school operates within the stated policies and practices
Plan yearly, term-wise and monthly syllabi of assigned class(es) in consultation with her subject coordinator/section coordinator. Plan and conduct weekly and daily lessons accordingly.
Plan lessons with clear objectives to ensure that pupils learn and develop healthy culture of learning. Provide clear concept of the assigned subject(s).
Use ICT to develop resources and online activities for students
Monitor and record the progress of their pupils by marking work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of pupils’ progress and development
Mark tests/exams, prepare progress reports and enter scores in ERP
Maintain good order and discipline amongst students under one’s care and safeguard their health and safety at all times
Ensure active participation and discipline by students during intra-school and inter-school events
