- Participates in project planning processes.
- Assists in the gathering of business requirements.
- Creates operational requirements and assists development estimates to enable accurate planning with realistic timelines.

- May serve as a liaison between client partners and vendors in coordination with project managers to provide technical solutions that address user needs.

- May assist in production support.
- May troubleshoot existing information systems to identify errors or deficiencies and develops solutions.
- Performs script maintenance and updates due to changes in requirements or implementations
- Works closely with architects to assure all systems are in line with company`s long-term strategy.
- Documents functions and changes to new or modified modules and test activities/results.
Skills & Experiences
- Requires working knowledge of two or more programming languages.
- Demonstrates knowledge of a broad range of hardware and software products.
- Comfort with frequent, incremental code, testing and deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes, identify and understand requirements, and develop alternate solutions.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications/systems using proven or emerging technologies, in a variety of technologies and environments.
- Experience with automation tools and strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
