We are looking for a female HR Intern.
This is 3 months paid internship & the successful candidate will be offered a full-time job.

Responsibilities

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
Prepare Job descriptions for all Jobs
Recruitment by posting adds and finding suitable talent using an online and on-campus approach.
Employee records maintenance according to company policy and legal requirements
Prepare Company HR Policy manual.

Skills and Qualifications

Must possess strong interpersonal skills and fluency in the English Language
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction.
