We are looking for services of energetic, dedicated, committed and result oriented individual for the position of IT Executive as per following requirements.

Responsibilities

Responsible to monitor the installation of hardware.
Responsible to manage the Active Directory.
Responsible to assist in carrying out assessments and cost benefit analysis in terms of value for money and security.
Responsible to assist in defining and implementing the SOPs and protocols for safety and security of data and servers.
Responsible for Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Responsible of managing Mikrotik Routers(s).
Knowledge of NAS servers (FreeNAS, Synology, etc.) will be a plus.
Responsible for corrective repair & maintenance of hardware and software.
Responsible to provide On-Site / Remote Access diagnoses and resolution of IT issues.
Responsible to respond against the service issues and requests timely and efficiently.
Responsible for mapping of systems’ process flows.
Responsible to monitor the security of IT systems and keep security programs up to date.
Responsible to perform Hands-on technical maintenance tasks on IT equipment / Hardware/software.
Any other assignment given by the top management.
