- Organizational Coding Standards and Quality Standards must be followed in Projects being managed.
- Developing a schedule to ensure timely completion of the project
- Review timely, to the extent possible, changes in code and the environment that will affect system performance
- Sound working knowledge of GIT, both using Visual Studio and Power Shell
- Every piece of functionality being developed should be source controlled. No work should be done without source control.
- Organizational Release policy must be fully understood and followed in all Projects being managed.
- The ability to lead design discussions.
- Design and develop coding standards to follow the best practices.
- Provide technical review of the solution and code.
- Participate in all scrum meetings and activities.
