Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management of Individual Application configuration, patching coordination for IIS and the supported application as well as supporting high-availability and load management.
  • This resource is expected to work closely with development teams in DevOps and Agile Frameworks.
  • Experience working in multi-tiered server environments.
  • Identify and assist in resolution to all operational related issues ranging from the Web Server.
  • Understanding of SDLC Methodologies & processes - Waterfall and Agile/Scrum
  • Web Server administration and architecture.
  • Ability to integrate with teams, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
  • problem-solving skills and critical thinking are essential to effectively conduct the required tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking.
  • Self-starter, Self-motivated and able to work autonomously when necessary.
  • Support Web Traffic management and load testing of new applications.
  • Support base level of IIS configurations with .Net versions and other Application frameworks
  • Set up and configuration Enterprise Level IIS Web Forms
  • Experience in web infrastructure design and operations including TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, STP, load balancing, clustering, firewall rules, failover, monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning, etc.
  • Experience architecting Microsoft Internet/Intranet solutions.
  • Experience with Container or VM based hosting is a plus.
