  1. Generate enquiries from the customers.
  2. Prepare competitive quotations.
  3. Attend telephonic enquiries and record pricing given on phone.
  4. Acknowledge enquiries received without intention to bid or regret, and follow up if any additional information is required from the customer to quote.
  5. Quotation preparation following the 15 Golden Rules and quotations’ follow up with the customers.
  6. Conduct commercial and technical negotiations with the customers.
  7. Maintain all correspondence in respective folders, and follow bun system.
  8. Take pricing locally and negotiate with the local suppliers.
  9. Achieve target set by Manager S&M / Area Sales Manager.
  10. Acknowledge and process the Sales Orders.
  11. Arrange delivery to customer in coordination with his expeditor.
  12. Handle customer correspondence related to enquiry / quotation / purchase order / delivery.
  13. Resolve payment issues, if any, with the customer.
  14. Any other responsibilities assigned by Area Sales Manager.
  15. Take ownership of the Company’s ISO Procedure and Rules, OHSAS and QHSE practices.  Guide and train Sales Team for productive implementation, and monitor compliance to ensure successful audits.
  16. Be involve in marketing activities and give support to Marketing Executive for making Company brochures CDs, flyers, presentations and web site.

Tracking System Monitoring Speaking reading and writing. • Thorough knowledge of Experience in Industrial Sales will be preferred.
