1. Responsible for answering inquiries of clients and providing the order status to them as and when required.

2. Completion of all information needed for planning and order execution from the buyer.

3. Ensuring that the client is in complete picture of the production process at all times.

4. Communicating with the client after the top samples are sent.

5. Receiving inquiry and prepare samples as per demand and meet the required specs according to the target deadlines.

6. Develop, innovate and generate new fashion styles for buyer interest and attraction.

7. Pricing/costing of the samples/new and continuous orders sent and ensuring a proper follow up on each pricing.

8. Maintain a seamless liaison with Purchase department for absolutely correct costs of the direct materials used keeping in mind bulk production requirements.

9. Maintain a costing sheet with adequate information for future references and ensure data integrity.

10. Quarterly review of prices to ensure consistency.

11. Prepare documentation evaluating past, current and future clients.

12. Efficiently coach and motivate subordinates.
