Job Description
- Conduct employee onboarding and plan employee’s orientation.
- Handle talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Prepare and administer payroll related activities.
- Assist manager in employer branding.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies. ·
- Assist in the development and implementation of the performance management system and process.
- Manage various types of training programs and training calendar.
- Provide support to employees in various HR related matters such as leaves, compensation, etc.
- Resolve employee issues and problems.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient, productive and conflict-free workplace.
- Undertake tasks related to performance management.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
- Maintain employee files and records in both electronic and paper form.
Requirements
- 01-02 years as an HR Executive.
- Understanding of general human resource policies and procedures.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Must be able to cope up with short deadline
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to solve problems.
- Ability to work well in a team with a result-driven approach.
- Minimum Bachelors of Business Administration (HRM) required
