Job Description

Title: Resident Auditor

 General

  1. To ensure comliance of SOPs i.e.Finance, Procurement/Expenes and Order Processing.
  2. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
  3. To Review and authenticate daily branch reports.
  4. Resource utilization efficiency reporting.
  5. Completes audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
  6. Reports for Accounts department according to their requirements
  7. Investigate, matters worth investigation
  8. Inspection and verification of Vouchers before payment.
  9. Audit Report daily mail to Head Office

 Cash & Bank

  1. To assist in supervising bank payments & receipts.
  2. Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
  3. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  4. Review cash book, journal entries, Ledger, expenses and income file on daily basis.
  5. Verification of Cash receipts and payments
  6. Verification of Bank receipts and payments

 Stock Control

  1. Conduct physical stock take on regular basis
  2. Comply with Stock Control Standard Checklist

Sales & Customers

  1. Review Sales Orders and Ensure Compliance with Bench-marks
  2. Customer Balances Verification and recovery monitoring
  3. Verify attendance on daily bases.
  4. Assisting in Internal Audit of all departments.

Total Positions:

6 Post (1 each at Peshawar, Lahore, Gujrat, Multan, Rawalpindi & Karachi)

Degree Title:

Minimum Commerce Graduate from a Recognized university with 2 years Relevant Experience

Career Level:

Audit Firm Experience will be an added advantage

Skills:

Good Computer Applications Knowledge, Written and Verbal Communication Skills and Good Reporting Skills are desired.
