  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to modernize factory operations.
  • Allocate resources effectively and utilize to produce optimal results.
  • Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
  •  Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
  • Preparing production reports and submitting them to the senior department heads.
  • Collaborating with the quality control department to establish and execute standard control processes.
  • Efficiently use of power and chemical consumption within the stock limit
  • Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
  • Ability to human resource development & Office Management.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership ability
  • Outstanding knowledge of Drafting and Reporting.
  • Computer literacy is a must, good knowledge in MS Office, ERP and Social Networking.
  • Capability to departmental cost analysis.
