Job Responsibilities:

Assigned for Requirement Gathering, Blueprint Creation, Project Plan Creation, Deployment, and Training Plans for successful training and rolling out of new Sales System (Android Based - SalesBuzz) in Pan Pakistan (36 locations – 420+ users).
Managing Sales Systems (both Primary – SalesBuzz & Secondary – S&D Pro) by providing end-to-end support to the users in coordination with local and international vendors and business support departments.
Coordinating closely with SAP SD & SAP MM Teams (local/international) for the Master Data availability following from SAP to SalesBuzz and S&D Pro Systems.
Troubleshooting and rectifying issues/bugs reported during operations to ensure continuity of the business with minimal downtime and involvement of Regional Team / Vendors.
Coordinating closely with Business Users for understanding their business needs and translating them to vendors for enhancements in current systems.
Testing new enhancements and planning/providing training to business users.
Providing in-house solutions where possible to save customization costs for the Company.
Designing SQL Views / Procedures and sharing Data Insights to Management through Excel Reports and Power BI Dashboards.
Negotiating and getting Sign Off from vendors on Customizations and SLAs.
Did R&D on Android base Handheld Terminals purchase for our Sales Reps.
Coordinated with Procurement for the timely procurement of the SRs Devices and dispatching it to all 36 locations Pan Pakistan with proper Asset Tagging.
Set up Mobile Device Management Software (SOTI – MobiControl) for managing and controlling HHTs.
Managing the complete process of R&M of the Devices, Reporting Lost/Stolen cases and claims adjustment in coordination with Security Admins and Insurance Team.
