• Prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the SVP
• Responsible for drafting meeting minutes and distributing to concerns for follow up.
• Ensure smooth communication between the SVP office and internal teams; exhibit a high level of integrity to maintain credibility, trust, and support with all stakeholders.
• Works closely and effectively with SVP to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
• Maintaining liaison between project office/ consultant for timely delivery of reports and coordinate meeting with vertical heads ensuring those timelines.
