Position Title: Sr Finance Manager
Location: Lahore
Salary: 300-400k+ Benefits
- Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team.
- Assisting with the budgets.
- Entering financial information into appropriate software programs.
- Managing company ledgers.
- Coordinating internal and external audits.
- Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies.
- Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements.
- Completing the year-end analysis.
- Reporting on debtors and creditors.
- Handling accruals and prepayments.
- Encoding accounting entries for data processing.
- Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financial Statements.
- Verifying Ship Records of all vessels on monthly basis.
- Posting all the ship Records in MGA on monthly basis.
- Ship Records reconciliations on monthly basis.
- Reviewing Allotments & Final Wages of all vessels on monthly basis.
- Supporting the team to respond to owner queries by providing the data inappropriate manner.
- Preparation of payment templates of all crew member salaries on monthly basis.
- Intercompany reconciliations on monthly basis.Requirements:
- Qualification ACCA/ CA or MBA
- 7+ years of experience (including as a Finance Lead)
- Cohesive interpersonal and communication skills
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
