Supply Chain Executive oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, and securing the warehouse.

1. Supervising daily stock movement (In/Out) activities and performing periodical inspection of the warehouse goods.

2. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

3. Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

4. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

5. Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

6. Communicating and coordinating with other departments and suppliers for

transportation and delivery of material

7. Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management

8. Time management skills and the ability to delegate

9. Responsible for timely resolution of issues and problem solving at occurrence
