Project for Gender Responsive Actions to Ensure Retention through Community Engagement and School Practices (GRACE)” implemented by IDCJ (International Development Center of Japan) aims at introducing activities to prevent students’ dropout and ensure the retention of students in primary education through involving communities and improving quality of education focusing on mathematics (These activities are called as GRACE activities.
Field Coordinator (Teacher Education and Gender) is expected to work in close regular communication with IDCJ members to prepare, conduct, and follow up the GRACE activities at school level.
