The position entails a key role being played by the incumbent who shall be responsible for achieving the desired results keeping in context the broader objetives of the Institute. The BDR Manager shall be assigned to develop, build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with the prospects and clients in order to support the country-wide expansion strategy of the institute. He will also be the team leader to initiate and lead bsuiness relationships campaigns and manage the team of Business Dvelopment & Marketing (BDM) Executies to ensure achievement of overall sales and revenue targets. The BDR Manager will report directly to the Director/Country Head and will be performing the following duties in general:

Proactively develop new and existing client relationships and strategic alliances based on effective liasioning with various stakeholders.
Design, implement and manage expansion strategies to grow the Institute locally and globally
Partner, collaborate, coordinate with individuals, gropus and all stakeholders to exploit marketing opportunities to ensure turnover objectives
Lead the team of executives responsible for supporting the busniess development and marketing function of the Institute
Advocate the institute's product and service offerings, information or feedback gathered through client relations to appropriate channels
Ensure results and targets are achieved within deadlines in an impeccable manner
