Co-ordinate with commercial department to develop material & consumable procurement plan, closely monitor &control the indents generated by site team for its timely delivery & budgetary provision.
Co-ordinate with sub contracting department to develop a sub detracting plan for timely & effective mobilization of sub contractors to project site.
Co-ordinate with site team to resolve day to day issues for smooth execution of project activities.
