Real Estate Investment Manager

Real Estate Investment Manager opportunity with a well capitalised investment manager focused on direct investment, real estate investment asset management in the offices and alternative sectors. He/She must have;

Understanding of real estate market
Ability to make right investments
Knowledge of dynamics of property market
Quality experience (at least 5 to 8 years) in this sector

His/Her responsibilities include;

To provide support and assistance in the development of the business plan and strategy within real estate sectors with main focus on Offices and Alternative sectors
Work closely with external asset managers carrying out appraisals and reviews to ensure progress and performance is monitored and acceptable;
Carry out regular research and analysis of markets in the relevant sectors.
