IRC has been working in Pakistan for over 40 years, and manages and delivers large, complex programs to meet the needs in health, education, protection, environmental health, and livelihoods for displaced, poor, and disaster-affected communities. IRC works in partnership with local government and non-governmental organizations and is currently present in 4 provinces including Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and the newly Merged Districts of KP – Ex Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).
Job Overview/Summary:
Under the leadership and guidance of Database Officer/or Senior Manager Measurement & Effectiveness; Data Entry Assistant will learn through practical exposure and perform basic data management tasks as assigned by the supervisor. S/he will bring new knowledge and innovation into IRC work and develop clear understanding of the IRC program and functioning of work in humanitarian sector.
To support the Database Officer and the project team in conducting MEAL/MIS activities, including programmatic data entry and data analysis. Moreover, to strengthen data management systems to ensure that support is extended to all project beneficiaries and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
Education
Graduate preferably Post Graduation. (Preference will be given to candidates with their degree in Database / computer sciences)
Work experience
· At least one-year experience in managing information system including data entry and analysis.
· Proven skills in data analysis, interpretation and report writing.
· Ability to manage a large and varied workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
· Good command on Ms Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Data analysis, dashboarding, interpretation and analytical skills.
· Good communication and coordination skills
Language Skills: English, Urdu, Pashto, and Balochi
