IRC has been working in Pakistan for over 30 years, and manages & delivers large, complex programs to meet needs in health, education, protection, environmental health and livelihoods for displaced, poor & conflict-affected communities. IRC works in partnership with local government and non-governmental organizations and currently works in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh provinces.
Job Overview/Summary:
Under the supervision of Sr. Manager Post Award and support of Head of Office, the Sr. Reporting Officer’s primary responsibility will be to coordinate reporting, support and assist the day-to-day management of tasks and program support related to Disaster Risk Reduction and food security to flood affected populations in Sindh
Major Responsibilities:
Managing Project Reporting
Information Management
Coordination
Day To Day Tasks Management
· Arrange progress review meetings, as and when necessary; record and disseminate minutes of meetings
· Assist the Provincial Head KP in internal and external communication matters, including take minutes of the meetings and monthly report writing

Job Requirements:
Education:
Master degree in management, communication field or social sciences.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in I/NGO related to reporting and communication, coordination and information management; and advanced training/courses in English, social sciences, international relations, communications, or other related fields
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
Language Skills:
Strong English language skills both written and oral; knowledge of local languages including Sindhi
