Key Responsibilities:
· Answer inbound calls in a timely manner. Identify & analyze customers’ needs, clarify information and offer the products accomplishing the need.
· Spot opportunities to upsell products when they arise. Facilitate customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information; of the service providers.
· Build sustainable relationships and rapport with customers by taking the extra mile. Schedule constant follow-ups and call backs to customers where necessary.
· Keep a track of the potential customers and their requirements.
· Accomplish sales and department mission by completing related results as needed.
Knowledge & Skills:
· Selling & Up-Selling skills.
· Excellent relationship building skills.
· Strong customer service & product knowledge related to Cable TV, Internet, Home Security, Home Phone.
· Data Entry Skills.
· Must be willing to work in night shifts.
· Must be fluent in English.
