A full-time opportunity to join our team
We are recruiting for an experienced candidate who has experience working in a customer service role to join our growing team. The role is to respond to customer inquires over the phone and by email. The customers are based in the UK, therefore an excellent level of spoken and written English is required.
The job responsibilities will be:
- Respond to customer inquires over the phone and email
- To input data into excel and into an online database for processing e-com orders
- Updating customer database
- Carrying out any other reasonably assigned duties
Required skills and experience:
- Must have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Must have experience in customer services
- Must be meticulous and pay attention to detail
Relevant experience includes (but not limited to):
- Call Centre operative
- Customer service advisor
- In a clinical setting (hospital, clinic)
- Dietitian/Nutritionist
Office hours: 1pm-9pm Monday to Friday.
Training will be provided and the job is available for immediate start.
This is an office based role and the office is based in Clifton/Karachi.
Salary: Based on experience
