Must have vast knowledge in all types of printing like RUBBER, GLITTER, FLOCK, LAMINATION, SUBLIMATION, PHOTO PRINT, HIGH DENSITY, FOIL in the rotary print .etc.
• Analyze print type (Design, chemical etc.);
• Target setting on basis of Work-study department;
• Communicate and collect information from the textile marketing planner for all print orders issues;
• Prepare monthly print planning;
• Print plan provide to all concern department (Production, Quality, Work-study etc.);
• All reference strike off collection from Product Development section under print plan;
• Meeting with the Production, Quality, and Development concerns for all types of print issues;
• Separate orders for production by M/C .
• Chemical check on basis of running month planned orders;
• Chemical requisition requirement analysis;
• Meeting with the production, quality, and development concerns for all types of risk identification;
• Represent special orders (i.e. Formaldehyde, overdue, deep dye etc.);
• Production monitoring according to daily production plan;
• Developing a print planning software for fruitful planning;
• Developing Planning effectively;
• Follow up with the subcontract factories for all information;
• Involvement of continuous improvement on color requisition system, Chemical waste reduction;
• Regular participant in QCC Worked on print problem reduction.

Educational Requirements
• Minimum Graduate in IPE from any reputed University
Experience Requirements
• At least 7-8 year(s)

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): (printing production & Planning)
• Pro-active, independent and result oriented
• Sound knowledge in demand planning and supply planning
• Strong knowledge in MS-Power Point Presentation
• Conversant in MS-Office Package.
