Reviews and compiles TNA to propose trainings and interventions while ensuring that all training and development programs are focused on the needs of the employees and department / company.
Prepares payroll analysis on quarterly basis for management review.
Proposes a training budget which caters for both internal and external trainings.
Compiles manpower budgeting and planning for the year for management review.
Prepares and maintains reports related to specific tasks assigned by the management.
Participates in the performance management cycle by assisting appraisers, appraises and reviewers for smooth execution of appraisals according to the set guidelines.
Monitors over all operational activities of HR department for timely reporting to department head and other concerned stakeholders.
Ensure unifrmity of HR systems and processes across all regions.
This position will be responsible for the North region operation.
Based in Islamabad.
