Maintaining the record of all inbound items
Coordination with VIP bond for smooth execution
Maintain VIP bond billing sheet and update coordination sheet for inbound at all times
Keep record of expiry and extension of items and ensure timely renewal (180 days from inbound)
Billing of clearing agents to be received in 3 to 4 days
Project wise daily clearance of the list of consignments (inbound, outbound, cash) to be maintained
NOC approval from the VIP bond. Documentation submission and approval to be done on the same day
Shipping line delivery orders; coordination and follow-up with commercial Lahore for smooth execution
IGP/GRPO generation
Postdated cheques against consignments to be recorded in an excel sheet for timely recovery
Disputed cases to be dealt with in coordination with In-charge, Admin - South
Any other tasks assigned by the management on an ad-hoc basis
