Responsible for handling complaints and queries of walk-in clients.
Ensure all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept informed throughout the complaint process.
Verifies daily FFRs by obtaining feedback from customers and resolve after sales complaints if any.
Carry out complaint analysis of call center/walk in clients.
Follow-up on quotation work with sales executive.
Responsible for informing client about installation (work and time) only on additional orders.
Prepare daily customer complaint reports.
Actively take follow up on complaints and coordinate with clients regarding their queries.
