Develop and maintain broad knowledge of Company’s business and technology requirements and needs.
Create and update reports/dashboards for various programs and analyze their progress.
Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all business applications
Collate all MIS reports circulated by various Departments on a periodic basis and create a comprehensive database of same
Undertake periodic analysis of data collated through various internal and external sources, generate reports on specific requests by Departments and circulate the same across the organization
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output using various validation techniques
Track and monitor project status regularly and generate reports & trackers of the deliverables completed
Develop and manage staff to monitor technology staff and oversee policies and procedures of the company
Provide training and necessary assistance for the employees involved in implementation and maintenance of the software systems to understand the configuration of the systems.
Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness.
