Maintain close coordination with corporate sales team/key account manager.
Keep him/her updated and current on all major potential projects.
Once project is finalized prepare pre-contractual documents. In case of public sector projects must obtain copy of contract from the concerned organization.
Thoroughly study the document / clauses discuss with competent authority.
For projects where Interwood is acting as subcontractor a standardized agreement/contract document will be prepared in consultation with advisor to DS.
Strictly monitor the timelines mentioned in the contract. In case of delays all relevant agencies are to be informed.
Coordinate with factory WH and site department to resolve complaints, wrong & delayed deliveries.
Coordinate with factory warehouse and site department for delivery of goods and for installations.
Prepare major receivable plan/strategy for projects in hand & completed.
Follow the payments, receivables.
Sites Visits.
